Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Return items within 7 days of delivery. Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Final Sale: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Process: Contact us at support@enorma.in to initiate a return. Customers cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs and sale items are non-refundable.
  • Process: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for defective items or size/color changes within 7 days.
  • Process: Contact us at support@enorma.in to arrange an exchange. Customers cover return shipping; we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@enorma.in with your order number and a photo.
